With a background in finance and strategy, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University. His career spans top multinational firms, including Texas Instruments, Walmart, PetSmart, and Amazon, where he played pivotal roles in financial planning, strategic operations, and business transformation.
In 2019, Bayo joined Wakanow as Chief Commercial Officer and quickly rose to become the Group CEO. Under his leadership, Wakanow expanded to multiple countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, the UK, UAE, and Cameroon, while introducing innovative, customer-centric solutions that made the company a profitable enterprise. Beyond Wakanow, he is an entrepreneur, founding Wave Beach, a premier leisure destination in Lagos, and Dundu Nation, a popular food business.
