At TravConex Projects Limited, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience for all exhibitors, delegates, partners, and attendees. Our refund policy is designed to maintain transparency while considering the logistics and planning involved in organizing a worldclass travel and tourism convention.
General Terms
Refunds are only processed under the following general conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official support email.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 – 14 business days from the date of request and approval.
All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise communicated.
Refund Eligibility
a. Exhibitor/Vendor Booths
Full Refund: If cancellation is made 60 days or more before the event.
50% Refund: If cancellation is made 30 – 59 days before the event.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
Note: Booth space is reserved upon payment. Late cancellations impact floor planning and promotional materials
b. Delegate/Attendee Tickets
Full Refund: Cancellation within 14 days of purchase and at least 30 days before the event.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 15 – 29 days before the event.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
c. Sponsorship Packages
Refunds for sponsorships are considered on a case-by-case basis due to custom deliverables and branding timelines. Written notice of cancellation must be provided.
d. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If TravConex Projects Limited cancels the event, a full refund will be offered.
If the event is postponed, registered parties may:
Retain their participation for the rescheduled date.
Request a full refund within 7-14 days of notification.
Substitution Policy
Delegate and exhibitor substitutions are allowed at no cost up to 30 days before the event.
Requests must be sent in writing and approved by TravConex Projects Limited.
Force Majeure
TravConex Projects Limited is not liable for refund obligations if the event is canceled or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes or civil unrest
Public health emergencies
In such cases, TravConex Projects Limited may, at its discretion, offer partial refunds or credit toward future events.
Digital Product Sales (If Applicable)
For any virtual access passes, recordings, or downloadable materials:
No refunds are provided once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
